More Than 30 Classes to Choose From

Our group fitness programs offer a variety of classes for men and women of all ages and at all fitness levels, from intense boot camps and kickboxing to yoga and dance. Our programming is spearheaded by eight intense classes created by Les Mills International, the world leader in innovative and effective group fitness solutions. These programs are researched and developed by an experienced team of doctors, trainers and physiologists so that moves are simple, safe and effective in getting the results that they promise. In addition, we offer numerous specialty programs that cater to your specific needs. You’ll find classes for core strength, flexibility, balance, muscular strength and much more. All programming is refreshed and enhanced every few months to keep you challenged and the fun going.

Main Group Activities Are :-

Aerobics, Dance, Salsa, Yoga, Pilates, Spinning and Belly Dance.
Ab Attack
Combination of standing and floor abdominal works.

Abs & Stretch
30 Minutes of concentrated abdominal and back works, followed by deep stretching.

Ass & Abs
Combining exercises to tone and shape the rear (The Butt) and the front (The Abs)

Cardio Sculpt
Enjoy non-stop body sculpting accompanied by heart pumping cardio (This class incorporates using light weights with higher repetitions)

Circuit Weight
Training Circuit Training set up in the weight room. Whether you’re new to the room or a seasoned pro, this workout shouldn’t be taken lightly

Extreme Ride
This advanced 60 min class challenges riders endurance and toughness. Extreme components include intervals of out–of-the–saddle riding, jumps and sprints. Beginners should speak with the instructor before class.

Sculpt
Uses weights and calisthenics to sculpt and shape the muscles

Step
This class combines athletic and /or dance based aerobic moves using an adjustable platform for diverse levels of intensity

Cardio Kickboxing
Easy to follow, drill based kickboxing exercises set to music. This class is designed to elevate your heart rate as well as challenge your muscles and mind

Pilates Mat
A series pf exercises performed on a mat to strengthen the core muscles and lengthen tight muscles of the lower body. Benefits include core strength and overall flexibility.

Power Yoga
Be prepared to really sweat a lot, designed to build strength, sustain focus and venture into self. Get ready to see your body change.
